Our client is a well known tech firm with properties and facilities across the globe, currently looking for a Critial Facilities Manager with Hands-on experience in the Critical functions of facilities management, the ideal candidate will be someone with a technical degree in BS/M/E Engineering with proven experience in leading such functions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day critical operations of different properties
  • Provide technical support in planning and executing facilities management
  • Assist in achieving strategic objectives and goals, and formulate operational procedures to facilitate effective operation and efficient deployment of resources
  • Manage various facilities management and coordinate and monitor various projects to ensure the delivery of quality facilities services
  • Manage and maintain health and safety, fire safety, security, maintenance systems, periodic statutory testing and inspections

Requirements:

  • University degree in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 7 years' proven experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of interior design, E & M system maintenance and design will be an asset
  • Experience in ISO projects a definite advantage, Strong PC skills, especially in AutoCAD
  • Strong leadership, well-organised, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
