Objectives

The CRM should have one final goal: ensure customer satisfaction though measurable KPIs.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers and increasing brand loyalty
  • Handling requests received from a number of channels (email, social media, phone)
  • Working on the new loyalty program and oversee the project towards it
  • ‘Owning’ the customer database. Analysis and KPIs to be monitored.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
  • Able to resolve issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services and products.
  • Working together with all the other departments, especially with Marketing, the CRM will make sure that the VIP customers are always pampered thought a number of initiatives and special treats.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Fashion Retailing, PR, Marketing or Communication
  • At least 2 years work experience in similar area of work
  • An excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them and possibly anticipate them by proactively engaging them.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) and managing a customer database
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
