*In charge of the membership loyalty marketing programs
*Work closely with the analytic team to analyse group performance
*Launch online marketing campaigns to ensure smooth delivery of the loyalty programs
*Identify and implement customer engagement and communication programs
*Closely work with internal stakeholders on redemption strategies and plannings

Profile

*Degree holder in marketing or retailed disciplines
*5years of experience in loyalty marketing; preferred candidates from hospitality background
*Good command in English and Chinese; both spoken and written
*Fast paced, articulate and presentable
*Positive mindset with strong can do attitude
