Description

  • Identifying client development opportunities to supports the Asia business in creating and executing client development strategies.
  • Researching and maintaining client information with the highest levels of discretion, the role will also create and execute client mailings and targeted outreach campaign
  • Identify and communicate suitable event opportunities for departments supported
  • Ensure programmes are relevant to the client groups and specific interests identified
  • Identify and track potential clients for private treaty business
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly news cycles in relevant publications
  • Operate at all times in line with corporate governance and compliance policies, practices and procedures

Profile

* Previous experience of HNW client development/ relationship management
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to work discreetly, independently as well as part of a team when required
* Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, calm and patient under pressure
* Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
* Flexible to work extended hours when required
* Immaculately presented and possess excellent communication skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Cantonese/or Mandarin essential. Must be able to read and write Chinese
