Our client, a leading international fashion brand, is currently looking for CRM Manager to join their Asia Pacific team in Hong Kong.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Lead a CRM team to Assist on member acquisition and all loyalty programs
  • Derive and oversee the execution of CRM programs.
  • Monitor program effectiveness to achieve business target within budget
  • Provide high quality customer service and handle internal & external inquiries. Work closely with retail operations and internal departments to handle enquiries / solve problems for customers on timely basis.
  • Participate and assist in Marketing activities and events
  • Identify strategies for growing customers’ loyalty that maximizes sales and pro
  • Analyze competitive market segments to better understand current market position and situation
  • Hands on experience on system applications

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience with proven track record in information analysis or CRM development, preferably in managing loyalty programs and preference would be given to the applicants with experience in luxury retail industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Detailed-oriented, well organized and a good planner
