Our client is a listed hospitality group and have a high reputation across APAC and USA. They are keen on improving the operational process and system in order to enhance customer experience. Hence, seeking for a high potential talents to manage their project and expand the ideas across globe.

Description

  • Lead the CRM system implementation project
  • Evaluate current CRM strategies, improve current process and maximise the effectivesness of the system
  • Manage the project life cycle
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal operational, marketing & IT team across countries
  • Monitor the budget and timeline, and identify potential risks
  • Gather user requirements and prepare user stories, functional analysis
  • Manage the process of data migration, documentation, testing and project launch

Profile

  • Degree in Project Management, Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing
  • At least 4 years of related experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and detail-orientated
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
