We are looking for a CRM specialist as part of our regional Marketing and Client Services Team based in Hong Kong:


CRM Specialist


Key responsibilities

  • To ensure the CRM database documentation remains up to date & relevant
  • To administer, configure, train, support and document critical CRM processes
  • To maintain system configuration including user set up, screen customization and layout, field and value creation/definition, as well as data management
  • To develop robust capturing systems for ensuring the accuracy of data
  • To understand, report, and seek to rectify data quality issues and impact
  • Ensure staff are trained on CRM developments and the impact to marketing efforts
  • To develop, maintain and execute business reports
  • Provide back up to other key marketing tasks such as events, social media and client on-boarding
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned



  • Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce is a MUST
  • Professional client service manner, responsiveness, flexibility and adaptability
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English
