Main Duties

  • Be responsible for the total satisfaction of assigned airlines and business jet customer accounts
  • Show a strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Skillfully articulate the value of our services to customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies and tactics for new business generation
  • Be familiar with composing quotations from cost accounting, pricing history and market intelligence information based on customers’ requirements and scope of services
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers for effective sales acquisition and retention
  • Review and forecast the market trends and competitive activity for marketing plans and strategies development for business
  • Skillfully handle customer inquiries in a professional manner promptly
  • Work well with internal departments in coordinating customer related issues and serve as an effective liaison between customers and our internal operation departments
  • Coordinate between CASL and airlines / customers to facilitate speedy communication whenever an urgent situations arose for example, AOG;
  • Plan and execute the logistics of serving new customers, business or ad hoc projects
  • Prepare and periodically review tender documents and business contracts
  • Be responsible to follow and monitor customers’ credit level and on-time payment of invoices
  • Supervise the Customer Account Officer to coordinate promotion materials, organise marketing events,  prepare giveaway items for customers
  • Provide guidance to the Officer in providing effective and efficiency administrative and clerical support for the Department
  • Draft and prepare meeting minutes and presentation material
  • Regularly visit existing and potential customers in Hong Kong and overseas
  • Regularly compile market information and statistics, including but not least to Monthly Serviced flights Report, Monthly LM Technical Delay Report and Market Share Report, for effective marketing plan development by management
  • Regularly provide latest marketing information for corporate website updating

Requirements

  • At least degree holder in marketing, business administration or aviation engineering disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience preferable in aviation industry, exposure in an aircraft maintenance engineering is a plus
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Customer services oriented, good interpersonal and presentation skills
