Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as create accounts for individual customers in company database system.
  • Provide timely response to customer general Incoming enquiries, such as status of receipts and information update and retention via phone and email.  
  • Handling managerial and clerical details, including incoming and outcoming faxes.
  • Researched client history in database system.
  • Provide constructive feedback for the customer and anticipate the needs in order to ensure positive experience.
  • Using computers to generate reports, create account and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, with Customer service experience preferable.
  • Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing (Chinese Word Processing).
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Location: Shek Tong Tsui, 3 mins walking discuss from HKU Station.
  • Working on Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00, no shift required.
