Job Description:

  • Providing exceptional service and be able to address our member’s enquiries effectively.

  • Make recommendations on member’s needs to improve the quality of customer care standards.

  • Maintain relationship with our members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction.

  • Provide customer service in response to written enquiries.

  • You will be working in an energetic and enthusiastic environment with great exposure of diversity.

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above level qualification

  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment, preferably healthcare related

  • Excellent communication and listening skills in order to provide exceptional customer service

  • Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English

  • Good command of Mandarin would be an advantage

  • Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
