Job Duties:

  • Handle customer service hotline and receive incoming calls
  • Handle appointment booking for customers via hotline, Wechat, Whatsapp, online platform and emails
  • Documentation processing and prepare reports
  • Be responsible for complaint handling and answering customer enquiries
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • School certificate or HKDSE graduate is welcome
  • At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in Customer Service or Healthcare-related industry 
  • Pleasant attitude, professional customer service and telephone manner
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
