Our client, an US Fintech company is looking for high calibers to join their team Customer Care Team:

Responsibilities:

Respond and resolve Mandarin speaking customer inquiries, requests and concerns by phone, email, internet and social media in a timely manner.

Ensure that customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish.

Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team.

Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support.

Become an expert on the Company's services in the designated digital payment market.

Requirements:

Native or native-like Mandarin and excellent spoken and written English.

Able to work in Hong Kong with valid visa such as dependent/IANG visa or Permanent Resident in Hong Kong.

Service-oriented, pleasant, detail-oriented, multi-tasked and a quick learner.

Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

Immediate available is required.
