Our client, an US Fintech company is looking for high calibers to join their team Customer Care Team:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve Mandarin speaking customer inquiries, requests and concerns by phone, email, internet and social media in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish.
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support.
  • Become an expert on the Company's services in the designated digital payment market.


Requirements:

  • Native or native-like Mandarin and excellent spoken and written English.
  • Able to work in Hong Kong with valid visa such as dependent/IANG visa or Permanent Resident in Hong Kong.
  • Service-oriented, pleasant, detail-oriented, multi-tasked and a quick learner.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Immediate available is required.
  • Experience in service-oriented position is a plus.
