Main responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service via incoming calls and emails
  • Handling customers' enquiries and requests regarding to MPF scheme
  • Providing possible solution when needed
  • Ad hoc duties

Basic requirements

  • Associate degree/ Higher diploma or above
  • Strong in spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • At least 1 year of call centre experience in any fields
