Job duties:

  • Provide one-stop service to customers by handling phone enquiries and processing applications to enhance customer experience
  • Deliver good customer service to ensure a superior experience to our customers
  • Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate
  • Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product/service/program improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with minimum 1 year’s customer service experience in banking industry
  • Customer service oriented and good problem/complaint handling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work on shift duty
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Possess professional qualification of HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 will be an advantage
