Responsibilities

  • Serve walk-in & phone-in customers and develop new/existing customers to profitably grow the business
  • Manage sales service performance on day-to-day quotation enquiries
  • Track record in sales and/or service

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • The ability to interpret customers' requests
  • The ability to persuade and influence
  • Strong relationship building skill
  • Keen interest in joining Customer Service function of General Insurance industry
  • Require to obtain pass in IIQE Paper I and II within 2 months once on board with examination subsidies
  • Multi-lingual capability (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
  • Good written Chinese and English
  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome
