They provide one-stop service to ensure they create memorable journey to their customers. They are currently expanding the team and looking for a Customer Care Supervisor to manage their dynamic team!

Description

  • Manage a team of over 10 Customer Care Specialist

  • Monitor the overall team performance and targets

  • Maintain the service standards and procedures

  • Offer training to new joiners

  • Support staff to resolve customers' complaints in a professional manner

  • Generate KPI report to Duty Manager

Profile

  • Customer Service and Supervisory experience is a MUST

  • Experience in managing call centre is highly preferable

  • Experience in gaming or entertainment industry is highly preferable but not a must

  • Detail-minded and goal-oriented candidates

  • Willing to work on shift (no overnight)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin

  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Duty Manager
