Our client is a large-scale company in Hong Kong that is currently undertaking many large scale and high budget projects. They are looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to gather and interpret data on customer satisfaction for the organisation. Candidates with 5+ years of customer analysis/ computer programing experience are highly preferred.

Our client is one of the largest and recognisable conglomerates in Hong Kong. With its main business in entertainment, charities and real estate, the company dedicates a sizeable portion of its revenue to undertake large scale IT projects to support its needs for the growth and transformation of the business.
They are looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to gather and interpret data on customer satisfaction for the organisation. Candidates with 5+ years of customer analysis/ computer programing experience are highly preferred. The successful candidate should be well versed with SQL, SAS, VBA, R, C# and other MS Office applications.
Description
Responsible for:
- Utilize data management tools to establish a continuous stream of data to analyze, measure, and evaluate customer behaviours
- Set KPIs of marketing segments
- Create reports for the company management team
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in statistical customer analysis / computer programing
- To be well-versed with SQL, SAS, VBA, R, C# and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Working visa sponsorship will not be considered
