The circulation rate of the paper and digital news is one of the highest in the market. It is now seeking for the high calibre talent to take up the position as the Customer Growth and Retention Director.

 

This position is responsible for the subscription service. The Director is to oversee . customer services, customer success, growth & analytics and development operations teams to operate effectively and efficiently across multiple channels

Responsibilities

  • Manage subscription business operation across various internal & external stakeholders
  • Lead the Customer Growth and Retention team to achieve company’s goals
  • Gain deep understanding on subscribers and non-subscribers’ feedback in order to formulate strategy and action plans
  • Lead and motivate tele-sales team to meet sales target
  • Continuously enhance salesforce marketing cloud & service cloud capability to meet company’s development
  • Assist counterpart based in Taiwan in communication tools development
  • With a focus on growth, expand business and revenue by upselling and cross selling

 

 

Requirements

  • More than 7 years’ experience in customer growth and retention fields
  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Customer Services Support or related disciplines
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people skills, results-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
  • Responsible, analytical and able to work under pressure
