Responsibilities 

  • To provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls or email;
  • To handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events;
  • To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner;
  • To resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences.

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate holder or above;
  • Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills;
  • Native fluency in Japanese both written and speaking is a MUST;
  • Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese;
  • Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Able to effectively and efficiently man the system in use;
  • Keen interest in lifestyle living & enjoy helping people;
  • Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Required shift and holiday work.
