Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with our members, provide high quality customer service at the front-line counter
  • Answering enquiries in professional manner, giving correct advice and assistance to members
  • Support department to handle and process member services task
  • Provide proactive follow up and take appropriate actions
  • Update monthly reports and establish tasks log sheets
  • Back up the daily operational inbound calls if required

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Hospitality / Business Administration, or related disciplines  
  • 1 year working experience, preferable in retail / customer service industry
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills, telephone manner and service attitude
  • Strong sense of team spirit, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is definitely an advantage
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
