Our client is a leading company looking for a Clerical Relations Officer to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate roadshow and marketing activities
  • Coordinate with committee members and internal departments to ensure the activities run smoothly
  • Source and liaise with outside parties and organizations to run activities within budget
  • Represent the company to implement the activities
  • Provide customer service and enhance the customer relations
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or equivalent
  • Cheerful, outgoing and energetic personalities
  • Analytical, innovative and able to change at fast pace
  • Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
  • Need to work on Saturday and Sunday if required and will have compensation leave for weekend duty
