The Job: 

  • Strategic sourcing of offers, brands and partners
  • Negotiation of commercials, ongoing and promotions
  • Management of the supplier contracts & maintenance processes - e.g. renewal, filing
  • Review and recommendation on partner management efficiencies for end to end reward process
  • Invoicing & reporting - Collation of supporting docs, reporting
  • Reporting on partner performance including delivery, stock management to support promotions & product success
  • Ownership of quality metrics and processes. Ensure current business processes are documented and executed 
  • Provide training on program and product knowledge to partners 
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for all rewards related issue escalations (if required). 
  • Provide rewards management reports for use, by agreed deadlines. 
  • Offer set up within necessary platforms
  • Promotional offer management and execution

The Person: 

  • Minimum 3 years related experience in retail operations or with marketing background, managerial experience will be an advantage 
  • Good English verbal and written communications skills, Fluent Cantonese.
  • Detail-oriented 
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills 
  • Strong ability to multi task 
  • Proven experience in motivating, leading and mentoring team members 
  • Computer literate with ability to learn client-specific systems 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products 
  • Good typing/keyboard skills 
  • Marketing of products/services in an eCommerce related field an advantage 

Useful characteristics include: 

  • Thorough understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) 
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments, with an approachable manner 
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with a high level of judgment
