Description

  • Deliver professional customer support to enhance brand loyalty
  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from members
  • Make reservation as requested by members
  • Resolve members complaints in a professional manner
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by management team

Profile

  • Relevant experience in call centre and customer service is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good command in Japanese would be an ADVANTAGE
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior position
