  • University graduates
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in office environment
  • Experience or interest in customer service/sales coordination/administrative role is a plus
  • Enjoy paper work & coordination work 
  • Enjoy working in a small but fast pace and professional office 
  • PC proficiency in Word 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill 
  • Responsible for providing professional customer service to candidates and corporate clients
  • Other office supporting work including data entry, filing, paper work and coordination work 
  • Providing support in recruitment process including preparing resumes, candidates evaluation & selection etc
  • General office administrative support & coordination 
  • 5 days work
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as Customer Service / Admin Trainee
