• Degree holder
• 3-year relevant expereince in service industry preferable
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin is a MUST
• A good team player, hardworking, patient, pleasant and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellend telephone manner, good interpersonal, communication skill & self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work overtime if necessary
• Albe to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the service centre
• Able to individually handle customer complaint and enquiry in a decent & courteous manner
• Able to provide quick and professional response to customers enquires
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
