Working Location : Kowloon 

Working Hours : Monday - Sunday (5 days, average 44 hours per week)

Salary: Basic Salary+ Shift Allowance HKD 1,200 + Performance Bonus (1 – 1.5 months/ quarter)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality customer services to both local and overseas customers
  • Follow-up on shipment order anddeal with customer complaints and enquiries 
  • Upselling service is required to foster business development
  • Maintain excellent service standards and strike for betterment

Requirements:

  • F.5/ DSE or above (passed in English & Chinese in open exams or equivalent)
  • Min 1 year customer service experience, preferably in logistic industry
  • Fluent speaking in English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Familar with PC knowledge and have fast typing skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Willing to deal with challenge and tackle problem in an effective manner
  • Customer oriented, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure
