Teledirect Telecommerce is seeking the best customer service advocate to support the internet giant’s business in Malaysia.

As a Customer Service Advocate you will be part of the largest, dynamic and diverse team in Malaysia. Your workplace will be in our ultra-modern offices in KL Sentral, accessible, safe with recreational activities and closest to trains buses and all forms of transport.

 

Your work would entail:

  • Support the internet giant’s business customers for online marketing and campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Communicates to customers via phone, email or chat for any issues related to their interaction with Google Ads platforms
  • Manage the relationship between the internet giant and its customers resulting in increased business by providing consultative advice sales solutions.
  • Tell us how we can be better and act as a voice for users/advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to the internet giant

What we are looking for:

  • Hong Kong Nationality
  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, native speaker of Cantonese
  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • A creative mind set and understanding of customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argument
  • The ability to work in an organized and structured manner
