They aim to provide one-stop premium service to their deluxe customers from pre-sales to after-sales. They are currently expanding their HK business and looking for talents with strong customer service mindset to join their energetic team.

Description

  • Deliver world-class customer service in person

  • Provide all rounded pre-sales and after sales customer service

  • Manage appointment via phone calls and emails

  • Handle customer feedback and report to management

  • Handle customer complains and offer solutions proactively

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Profile

  • High diploma or above (in any discipline)

  • 1 year or part-time experience in customer service

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good team player

  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
