-         F.5. / DSE / Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel / other related disciplines

-         1 – 2 years’ working experience preferably in customer service field

-         Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

-         Upkeep contents on the Company’s online social networking medias

-         To handle enquiries from passengers / tourists at Information Counter in Central Pier

-         To offer assistance / services to passengers / tourists as needed in a helpful manner

-         6 working days per week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

-         Shift work on Saturday/Sundays/Holidays is required
