Responsible for:

  • Deliver excellent customers service and handle enquiries through phone
  • Study account details to understand customer profile, perform call according to each program’s specific objectives
  • Ensure database integrity and handle machine questions
  • Registration for new customers and help customers order

Other Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in call Centre, preferably from premium service industry
  • Experience in verbal communication of customer
  • Proactive in servicing with good telephone manner
  • Customer-centric and willing to go extra miles in driving total customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in MS Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
