Customer Service Ambassador – Leading Retail Brand ($18K/non-sales/Office hour)

Principal responsibilities

• Handle inbound call and register new account for customers  
• Responsible for take the coffee order from customers and handle machine enquiries
• Diagnose coffee machine problems and solve the customer’s difficulties by phone
• Consistently update customer details and ensure database integrity

Working hours: 900-1815 (Monday to Friday)

Requirements

• Form Five or above
• 1 year call centre experience is required
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Fluency in Cantonese, and understand English and Mandarin
• Highly customer-focused approach, with the drive to provide the highest level of client service
