- Handle online and income request and calls, assist and solve customer’s inquiries.
- Assist customers when the customers are using company’s platform
- Follow up customers’ comments and feedback.
- Manage and communicate with potential client.
Requirements:
- F.5/DSE or above, 1 year working experience
- Proficiency in MS office, Chinese word typing 40 words per min
- Positive attitude and fast learner, patience for customer servicing
- Good skills at problem solve and communication
- Team work spirit
- Good coordinating skill
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and English would be an advantage
- Be able to work under the shift working time
Working Hour
Morning shift 09:30 to 18:30 (Monday to Friday)
Night shift 16:00 to 24:00 (Monday to Friday)
