Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Professional customer service to members in order to satisfy the customer's needs
  • Handle fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
  • Identify Member's needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle complaints and enquiries

Job Requirements

  • Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Good in problem solving
  • Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantages
  • Extra incentive for good command of spoken Japanese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered

Package

  • Salary Range: $15,000-$21,000 per month
  • 5 Days Work Week (On Shift Schedule)
