Customer Service Clerk

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative support in front desk counter service
  • Responsible for office administration function including facilities maintenance, stationery & pantry supplies
  • Handle customer enquiries;
  • Handle and follow up client’s service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required

Basic Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above;
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Mature in nature, good communication and interpersonal skills, details oriented, willing to learn with positive attitude, and sense of responsibility;
  • Can perform well under tight deadline and fast-paced work environment
