  • Provide 1st level diagnostic for PC and mobile device support
  • Provide IT knowledge-base maintenance
  • Compile various FAQ reports and perform simple analytics

The follow attributes will be valued…

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years customer services related experience, preferably in IT services
  • Knowledge in network and IT system is a big advantage
  • Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and word processing

Remarks: The role will start with 1-year renewable contract (benefit aligned with permeant talents)
