Description

  • Handle enquiries via phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Provide after-sale service to key clients in a professional manner
  • Work with internal departments to solve client's enquiries
  • Establish a strong relationship with clients
  • Assists with ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile

  • Diploma holder or university graduate
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service field
  • Highly responsible and capable of working under pressure
  • Excellent customer-serving manner, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
