  • University graduates
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in any field
  • Experience or interest in customer service/office operations is a plus
  • Enjoy paper work & coordination work
  • Enjoy working in a small but fast pace and professional office
  • PC proficiency in Word
  • Smart, career minded and logical thinking
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Well organized, fast, able to handle details accurately
  • Responsible for providing professional customer service to candidates and corporate clients
  • Other office supporting work including data entry, filing, paper work and coordination work
  • Providing support in recruitment process including preparing resumes, candidates evaluation & selection etc
  • General office administrative support & coordination
  • Mon to Fri 9:30am – 6:30pm; flexible working hours; 5 days work
  • Bi-annual performance bonus
  • University fresh graduates will also be considered
