Client Details

Our client is a well-known lifestyle and medical services provider with 24 hours operation in the Customer Service industry (with 20 assistance centre and 5000+ medical experts across the global). They offer extensive medical, lifestyle and travel solutions for their members around the world.

Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails

  • Identify and understand the needs from the customers, assess the urgency of the cases thus to provide professional support

  • Liaise and coordinate with different assistance centres and international parties

  • Monitor the working procedures or workflow on a daily basis

  • Ac duties as required

Profile

  • Candidate with excellent English speaking skills

  • Candidate who are able to perform on shift duties (42.5 hours per week, 4 days, overnight shift is required - around 5 days per month)

  • Energetic, passionate and self-driven with bubbly personality

  • Passionate in Customer Service/ Travel Risk Management

  • Good team player, able to work independently under pressure
