Description

  • Handle customers' enquiries and maintain customer loyalty to the brand
  • Develop strategies with manager for new member recruitment
  • Process feedback and complaints from customers and coordinate with external partied according to compay's guideline and standard
  • Work closely with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction

Profile

  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the customer service
  • Able to work under pressure and is a good team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
