We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic professional to join our team as Customer Service Executive.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs
  • Provide solutions/alternatives and handle customer complaints
  • Assist in making appointment for customers

 

Requirements

  • High diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent
  • Call center experience, knowledge of general insurance products is a plus
  • Confident, customer-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
