Job Duties

  • Handle daily email and in-game enquiries within service level
  • Process all payment issues in a timely manner
  • Handle outgoing communications with players for designated purposes
  • Prepare reports and updates on regular basis
  • Provide suggestions to enhance existing product and customer servicing workflow
  • Support and service 6waves customer needs
  • Work with Products Division for game irregularities
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • With 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
  • Enjoy playing mobile/social/online games
  • Strong understanding of Internet technologies
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese would be an advantage
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
  • Focused and possess an eye for accuracy and details
  • Shift duties may be required
