Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the completion of the whole Order processing life cycle
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for order enquiry 
  • To support Sales team and provide all necessary back-end operational assistances to the team
  • Help and resolve ad-hoc project

Our Requirements: 

  • 3 years’ experience in Customers Services / Order Processing field
  • Good team player and customer-oriented
  • Self-motivated, passionate with positive attitudes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an asset)
