EMC & Inductive Solutions

Responsibilities :

  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
  • Handle customer inquiries and compliant by phone / E-mail / customer visit
  • Support and back up sales order processing and follow up
  • Communicate with purchasing / warehouse department and clients for shipment / delivery arrangement
  • Provide solutions to client inquiry via different communication channels
  • Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle daily RFQ
  • Ac hob job assigned by Manager


Requirements :

  • F.5 graduate with 5 or more passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B)
  • At least 3 years working experience in customer service field
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and have team spirit
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Mature, resourceful, able to multi-task and meticulous in following up details
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent telephone manner
  • Handle daily RFQ
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English and Mandarin
  • Have responsibility & Willing to work overtime
  • Immediate Available is preferable
