Job Duties

  • Handle daily emails and in-game enquiries within service level
  • Process payment issues in a timely manner
  • Handle outgoing communications with players for designated purposes
  • Prepare reports and updates on a regular basis
  • Provide suggestions to enhance existing product and customer servicing workflow
  • Support and service 6waves customer needs
  • Work with Products Division for game irregularities
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • With 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
  • Enjoy playing mobile/social/online games
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Japanese at N2 level would be a definite advantage
  • Strong understanding of Internet technologies
  • Excellent communications, analytical and organization skills
