Description

  • Handle enquiries and complaints from clients through call and email in an efficient manner
  • Perform shipment tracing as requested by clients
  • Visit Clients to establish good relationship and maintain their brand loyalty
  • Follow up with client feedback for service improvement

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics industry
  • Relevant experience in call centre and corporate client servicing is an advantage
  • Passionate in B2B customer service
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Independent and detail-oriented with proactive and positive attitude
