About the role:
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer customers enquires in a professional manner
- Proactively promote and provide accurate information on new services or programs while processing incoming calls so as to upsell products when they arise
About the person:
- Secondary school graduated or diploma/cert holder or above
- Good command in Cantonese, willing to talk in English or Mandarin when required
- Polite, positive attitude, customer-oriented, good team player
- Basic PC knowledge
- Fresh graduate applicants are welcome
- Experience working in a call center environment will be an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
