The job:

  • To handle customer's enquiries/order issuance in respective ordering systems promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • To follow pre-set guidelines and approval grid on charges waiving cases or discount/ special offer on new acquisition or retention orders.
  • To assist in handling inbound calls in times of call upsurge or as assigned by respective managers.
  • To identify customer's need by asking leading questions and provide appropriate solution.
  • To resolve customer’s dissatisfaction and complaints with a positive attitude and escalate to Unit Manager when case is beyond his job knowledge and authority, or upon customer’s request.
  • To provide customer feedback to superior and make recommendation to improve customer satisfaction.
  • To take up special assignments as and when required.
  • To conform to policies, guidelines and procedures set by the Company and the Management.
  • Willing to perform shift duties 08:30 - 20:00 including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kowloon Bay

The person: 

  • Secondary education or above with at least 1 year of proven customer service experience
  • Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Representative
