Description

  • Provide post-sales service (medical) to premium customers via phone calls and emails

  • Identify and understand the needs from the customers

  • Assess the medical cases thus to provide professional customer care and advices

  • Liaise and coordinate with different assistance centres and international partises

  • Monitor the working procedures or workflow on a daily basis

  • Ac duties as required

Profile

  • Candidate with excellent language and communication skills

  • Welcome candidates with call cantre/customer care/financial planning experience
  • Energetic, passionate and self-driven with bubbly personality
  • Passionate in customer care service sector
  • Good team player, able to work independently under pressure
