International freight forwarder specialized in Asia Europe trade with Regional office in Hong Kong – we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :
  • F.5 graduates
  • Tertiary education / Post secondary education is a plus
  • Studies in Logistics / Business / Supply Chain is a plus
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in operation or customer services department.
  • Experience in shipment coordination and arrangement
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, organized, responsible be a good team player.
  • Work and report to supervisors.
  • Report to Customer Service Manager
  • Prepare quotation and communicate with overseas offices
  • Daily Communicate with local and overseas clients.
  • Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred.
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Medical benefits
